The above mentioned connection nos belong to my wife M R S Malathi holding property at 10, Vijayalakshmi Street in Ward No 091

When I try to pay water tax online it gives a different owner name Mr N K Mohanram in Raja...

I have water charges for the connection no 049/046/902746 for the bill amount of Rs 1812 on 27.04.2026 at 11.35 AM through GPay. Fund was deducted from my bank account. But the receipt was not generated....

I paid my property tax and Water Supply tax online on 13th April, 2026. But, after successful payment it returned to same payment page although I received amount debited message. I am attaching the Assessments number and respective Transaction Id for reference. Please do the needfful.

Today, 25.08.2025, I have paid the Property Tax of Rs. 3089/- through Online portal (https://tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in/PT_CPPaymentDetails.aspx#). Once the Payment was made, I could not get the receipt for the Payment made through the Online portal.

I have paid my Water tax on 19 Febrary 2025 in tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in website where i paid total sum of 2, 160rs .the amount or money was deducted from the account and the payment slip was not generated of the water tax also there is no update in my account in tnurbanepay the water tax paid slip is not generated but the money is deducted from the account and there is no refund if there was a problem in payment .

Unable to pay property tax and water tax to the municipal corporation (Tirunelveli in this case).

Tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in uRL accepts new user registration, once details submitted it says activation code will be received in mobile. But we are not getting the code by sms. Hence not able to use any of the services. Please resolve at the earliest

If we get sms code then, it will be useful to pay property tax.

Also if code is sent by email also it will be fine.

This needs to be fixed asap...
