Tnvelaivaaippu — Facing error while trying to Login - "USER ID IS PENDING FOR APPROVAL"

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been registered by my school in 2014 when I was in Class 10. Now I have completed by B.E and I wanted to update my registration. I got the registration details from my school

Reg. No. VRD2014M00018147 KALIMUTHU A

I tried logging in using the above registration number and password - date of birth in ddmmyyyy format.

But I am getting the message USER ID IS PENDING FOR APPROVAL.

When I tried registering under new registration, it says that my Aadhaar Number already exists.

Kindly advise as to how to resolve this and update / renew my registration.
