Sir/Madam

I forgot my password in TN velaivaipu portal. So I try to change my password but I can't change my password in this portal. It shows technical errors [There is no menu for this user] and [LoginDAO] : [updateResetPasswordData] : [SQL Exception]. Please solve this issue as soon as possible

I am trying to reset my password in this portal it shows error message Registration number VLD2013M00016748 Error message there is no menu for this user Please solve this issue
