I am not able to reset my password.

Getting the below error while trying to reset my password.

"ERROR FOUND

Please do the needful to reset my credential.

I couldn't complete adding my Post Graduate Qualification as it throws the error saying '[CandidateProfileAction] : [saveCandidate] : [ Global Exception Occurs In Request ]'. I came across the issue that I couldn't complete my employment registration and profile updation due the inaccessible of the CASTE field. The drop down option for selecting the caste is not enabled. So I couldn't complete my updation of qualification as it throws the error saying 'Enter the caste'. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible.
