I was registering for new user, i didnt recieve any email. half way through my webpage got timed out/ expired. Now i am not able to login. Even if i tried registering for new id, it says my aadhar already exists. I didnt recieve any confirmation email or sms

I couldn't complete adding my Post Graduate Qualification as it throws the error saying '[CandidateProfileAction] : [saveCandidate] : [ Global Exception Occurs In Request ]'. This is happening most of the times. Because of this error when submitting, I am unable to add my Post Graduate Qualification. I have attached the screenshot of the error for your reference.

I updated my Graduate Engineering details in tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in and clicked Save button. But i received the error:-
