Tnvelaivaippu.gov.in — I forgot my password in tnvelaivaippu registration.Not able to change password

I have forgotten my password to renew my employment card in the tnvelaivaippu.gov.in portal, But i am unable to do it ti shows some error as mentioned below.

[LoginDAO] : [updateResetPasswordData] : [SQL Exception]

kindly look into it and conclude ASAP.
