I have forgotten my password to renew my employment card in the tnvelaivaippu.gov.in portal, But i am unable to do it ti shows some error as mentioned below.

I tried update my Educational qualification. But repeatedly it shows error. Please rectify it as soon as possible.

In a Candidate Profile Section, I Cannot Update My Caste Name. This Option Is DIsabled, So Please Eable This Option To Enter My Caste Name Deatils, To Update My Degree Qualification Details.

I have already registered at tnvelaivaippu.gov.in site and own my employment ID:CHD2011F00119400.
Upto my graduate course I have properly updated and renewed through online.
Later I have completed my MBA by 2018 but I am not able to update it under Professional Employment category, at the last step after generating print preview and everything when I click on continue it is showing an error message "Error in Candidate Profile updation".
I have tried "n" number of times and I am unable to update my PG course and its been long time I have completed my course. Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue
