Order 19046 was done on 3rd April and the company sent a mail on 5th April that they've shipped the parcel using bluedart, waybill: [protected]. However, since then, the status on bluedart shows awaiting pickup. i.e the toffee coffee roasters haven't shipped the parcel yet. Their phone number is not reachable and no one is replying to my emails. It has been 10 days since i made the purchase. I'm attaching bluedart screenshot for the current status of the parcel.
