I had ordered 2 bottles of coffee from toffee coffee roasters website on 2nd March 2025
Today is 3rd April, i have neither received the products nor the refund.

I have been following up with them since a month over the email. They just respond with an apology and mention that it will get delivered kn 3-4 days but nothing happens after that.

This is really disappointing as a customer

I had placed an order with toffeecoffee roasters on 11/10/2022.
The order was first shipped from bluedart. It was somehow cancelled I reached to them via mail, they said they have sent it by another carrier they shared a link to track . Now on this link the product is shown delivered, i have not been even contacted let alone delivery. I did get a message on 22/10/2022 that my order will be delivered but it was not delivered.

Order not yet delivered as on 24th July 2022. The company is not responding to emails and the mobile number given in website is not useful as no one picks up the call.

Paid took money, sent the tracking adress of courier company but order is no where to be seen or even picked up been 45 days

I had ordered coffee and paid online . Got empty packs, complained . They said they will send the order again . After that they sent a tracking number and never ever delivered the coffee or replied email or picked up call

Same thing has happened to many others

Order 19046 was done on 3rd April and the company sent a mail on 5th April that they've shipped the parcel using bluedart, waybill: [protected]. However, since then, the status on bluedart shows awaiting pickup. i.e the toffee coffee roasters haven't shipped the parcel yet.
