Toll Plaza Alep Main Plaza 290 — Deduction of such a huge toll tax on Lucknow - agra express way

I had never gone through such incident before that a toll plaza let you pass without deduction of money prior of crossing toll they let us cross the toll 2 days ago and when I maintained enough amount the deduct 655 rupees which is such a huge amount for a middle class, hats off to that private toll
Please fix this issue we middle class begging form the government.
I know no action will be taken after this too as i have seen many complaints already their still people are facing same issue.

Please make sure that we may get refund 🥺
