This email is to formally bring to your attention a serious and repeated case of fraudulent toll transactions involving my account, which clearly exposes the severe failure, unreliability, and poor integrity of your RFID system.

It is technically absurd and operationally unacceptable that my vehicle has been recorded at LALEP Main Plaza 290
while it was physically located in Pondicherry. Such an incident is not only illogical but also raises grave concerns about the credibility and security of your RFID technology.

This is not an isolated occurrence. The same error has happened multiple times. Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups with your customer care team, the responses provided have been inadequate, evasive, and entirely unsatisfactory, reflecting a lack of seriousness in addressing customer grievances.

Due to your continued failure to resolve this issue, I am now seriously considering initiating formal legal action, including filing complaints with the Consumer Forum and the Pondicherry Police Station for financial fraud and negligence.

I strongly urge you to immediately investigate this matter, reverse the fraudulent deductions, and provide a written explanation and resolution without further delay. Any continued inaction will leave me with no option but to proceed legally.
