I placed an order for 5 items on 12 May 2023 and on the website, the estimated date of delivery was 22nd May! So, with the possibility of a few days of possible and reasonable delay in mind, I paid for a few items. Today is 10 June and my items haven't been shipped yet. They haven't replied to me even though I've sent them 2 emails asking for an explanation. I needed those tools 6 days ago and because of the massive delay, the purpose of my purchase has been basically defeated. I would like to add that It almost feels personal as a customer from the far northeast as we are least likely to do anything about it as we are basically powerless because of the geographical distance as long as they ignore our attempts at communication even AFTER we've entrusted them with our money, almost as if out of spite, which is very unprofessional in my personal opinion as a customer from this demographic.
