I placed an order for 5 items 12 May 2023 and on the website, the estimated date of delivery was 22nd May! So, with the possibility of a few days of possible and reasonable delay in mind, I paid for a few items. Today is 10 June and my items haven't been shipped yet. They haven't replied to me even though I've sent them 2 emails asking for an explanation. I needed those tools 6days ago and because of the massive delay, the purpose of my purchase has been basically defeated. As a customer, it almost feels like they are delaying it further on purpose to spite me because of the complaints as I see no reason for it to take this long unless deliberately done.
