This is regarding my toothsi aligners plan which i bought on 8th August. Sales Person Mr Mandar Chaughule overcommitted few things which we later realized. He said that all the dental procedures will be done in dombivli and you dont have to go anywhere far. you may have to visit the clinic twice or thrice, as per the requirement and need not worry as he will be taking care of everything and follow up properly. later we came to know that they dont have any clinics nearby and i will have to go to thane or further to get this procedures done. I clearly spoke to the sales person and with toothsi customer care that i will not able to travel to thane and as committed it should be done in Dombivli or cancel my plan and refund my money. but its been almost 3 months now and nothing is done i dont get any updates no proper response from sales person or toothsi. every time we call they are just buying time and postponing the issue further. i have paid total 46000 for this procedure and till date the dental procedures are pending. i have got 1 aligner kit from toothsi which is of no use. it seems that they have a strategy to fool customer by committing close by clinics and later when customer has paid the money has no choice but to visit whichever clinic they ask. its not right and ido not wish to fall into this trap. i seek help with this issue and proper action against this fraud company and wrong sales practice by Mr Mandar Chaughule contact no:[protected].
