Toothsi Aligners Complaints & Reviews

This is regarding my toothsi aligners plan which i bought on 8th August. Sales Person Mr Mandar Chaughule overcommitted few things which we later realized. He said that all the dental procedures will be done in dombivli and you dont have to go anywhere far. you may have to visit the clinic twice or thrice, as per the requirement and need not worry as he will be taking care of everything and follow up properly. later we came to know that they...

They are just keep calling even when we said that we don't have any issue or we don't want any treatment... 10 baar mana karne pe bhi pareshan kar rhe h call kar ke

I have taken Toothsi teeth alignment scan and they called me continuously till I opt their plan. And they said if I am not happy with the results my full amount will be refunded and they didn’t mention about any deductions. So I have paid 42000 and then they have come up with my treatment plan, which I was not satisfied with. So I requested them to cancel my plan and refund my amount, then they tried to convince me for the same treatment plan. When I was not ready to proceed further, they told 5000 will be deducted from amount. I agreed for that and asked to cancel my plan. It’s been 4 months, I am not getting any response from toothsi. After multiple calls to customer support, they will pick the call and tell us that someone will contact us. But not received a single call/update about my refund.

I did advance payment of ₹11k for my alogners treatment after getting lots of promises for my concerned issues & regarding my alignment and all.
Now they're being completely unprofessional not doing ground work on their on own promises, & doing their job while giving customer time. Total worthless treatment with frauders, wastage of time & energy....
