I had opted for teeth alignment services through Toothsi at their Ghatkopar center in Mumbai. My teeth were scanned on 18 Oct 2025, and I paid the full amount of ₹70, 000 on the same day.
Due to unforeseen financial constraints, I decided to cancel the service and submitted a refund request on 24 Oct 2025, which is the 6th day after payment. At that time, Toothsi’s cancellation policy clearly mentioned that if a refund is requested within 7 days of payment, a deduction of ₹5, 000 would apply and the remaining amount would be refunded.
However, on 29 Oct 2025, Toothsi revised their refund policy and I'm not falling under this new policy as I had already applied for cancellation before this.
Despite multiple attempts to connect with their customer support and share my concerns, the customer support team has been completely unreachable through their helpline number or email. They have not shown any progress or transparency in resolving the issue.
After 7 days of my claiming cancellation request, i noticed no communication from them...hence i revisited their centre and took a written proof of details over mail..then they assured you will get update in next 2-3 days...after 2-3 days when I tried again to reconnect, they told it may take upto 45 days...after that when I raised my voice and talked with them they asked me to withdraw my cancellation request from their app so that they can fasten it. Then I denied as it's the only proof my my cancellation place date record...once I denied, they told let us talk to our team then we'll be get back to you ... Again when I tried to reconnect they told it may take upto 15 days and may extend upto 20 days if any discrepancy from razorpay end...
Now today (6 nov) after 2 days, i received a call from their team (may be their hradoffice), the guy is asking me withdraw, so that he can place cancellation from their end. Else this can't be processed. I asked them then why you have kept this option in your app ??..It's clearly understood their intentions to erase all my documented proof.
It's already 13 days of my cancellation. They are now playing game in dragging and playing with emotions unnecessarily.
I have all written proof of them what they have promised through mail I can produce. Strict action should be taken against such fraud organisation.
