I had opted for teeth alignment services through Toothsi at their Ghatkopar center in Mumbai. My teeth were scanned on 18 Oct 2025, and I paid the full amount of ₹70, 000 on the same day.

Recently I booked a checkup via Toothsi (a subsidiary of MakeO) for tooth alignment. The toothsi consultant came for a checkup and said they will put me on a plan of 8 months for upper and lower teeth alignment. I was asked to pay an initial amount of 11, 000 rupees for the elaborate plan (the total stated charge was 50, 000 rupees). Upon paying the fees I came to know that the plan didn't match what I was promised before, it didn't fix the alignment plus it was just for 4 months. When I tried to contact them regarding it, they didn't receive my call for the next couple of weeks. When they did receive the call, I asked them for a refund they said we don't provide refund. I wasn't told about this before, the consultant assured I will get a refund if I don't like the plan. I walked right into their trap. Requesting the concerned authorities to take action against such fraudulent companies.
