Had provided samsung tablet in Tootodo jayanagar branch on Jan14 2022
The technician at the service Centre after inspecting the product mentioned the power card has gone bad, He mentioned the estimate of max[protected]rs and took an advance of 2000rs.He will replace it same day and deliver home. Evening I didn't get the product . Next 1.5months, I was told the same story waiting for spare, that too when I call.Suddenly on Feb 24 2022, Im getting a call from their head office stating motherboard is gone, I have to pay 8500RS otherwise they wont give the product back. Initial estimate was maximum 3000rs and now they are not ready to give the product back without 8000rs. They should inform before changing the mother board, which they CLAIM they did .Now they are not ready to give back the product without paying Rs8500
