Had provided samsung tablet in Tootodo jayanagar branch on Jan14 2022
The technician at the service Centre after inspecting the product mentioned the power card has gone bad, He mentioned the estimate of max[protected]rs and took an advance of 2000rs.He will replace it same day and deliver home. Went for mobile repair as due to water insertion, it went bad,
Went on 21-aug-2018 at 7 pm to jp nagar, near brigade millenium tootodo centre
They stated water drying will fix the issue
But neither issue fixed, instead, mobile ic was damaged, display went away and also charging point was damaged
Who will pay for this big loss?
Ic and display -4000/-
Charging - 1200/-
Poor...
