Tops Technology — Getting threatening calls and message for paying penalty

I m receiving calls from vapi gujrat ... i agreed that to work for them regarding 1200 forms in 8 days ... then i called them and daid i dnt wang to work they said okay ... but then now they are threatening me and calling me to oah penalty of rupess 12500 ...
moreover some advocate minhaj is texting me that they will send ha hard copy at my adresss ... and i have to go to court ... kindly help me with this matter
