Tops technology is a fake company I also started work on 22 june in morning there helpline mam mittal Jindal which gives me half of information on night I was searching about that conpany in youtube and google they are making us fraud they will say u to pay 6700 as company fees not in adv but after ur work it will be deducted from ur first salary etc etc on next day I called them and said I don't want to do work she said ok u will receive call on 15 min but no call came to me after some days on 6th July one of thrre advocate called me and said a case has registered on u and u have to came to court or i[censored] want to solve the problem u have to pay us money he sent me on my email and he also said u will receive hard copy in 72 hours but till now I didn't receive any thing I said him to send me company details he make excuses that u have to take it from company etc etc
On 23 july I again get call from another advocate he is also saying that a warrant will be sent to ur father name u have pay the payment of the company I said same to him that ur company is making fraud first search on YouTube the agreement which they sent to me has all digits same he said ok I will search I called him again again he blocked my no.
I started contacting with company from another number they have changed there name also( tops technology to net enterprises now /earnings community )
I asked them about there gst no. And other details they blocked all those number which mean they are fake harassing people for money
On 13 August again I get call from a lady advocate she is saying she is from delhi court I said her to give me ur proof she sent me a bar council number DL2202/2005 which is not valid in delhi D is coming not L and I searched from D2202/2005 which is of another person which mean she is also fraud when I said her to give her I'd card as a proof she didn't give me she is saying we will meet I court she called me on 13 August and said in 14 August at 11 am u have to visit to court I didn't get any court notice that case number I searched showing blank not any case no. They make people feel fear that they are real but they are fake and fraud till date nothing came to me

Hi, I got a call from a girl called Diya who told they will provide form filling work from Tops Technology. After sometime they provide demo work & as i accept to work they provide username & password but after 2 days I can`t login to that I tried to contact them but no respond for me & after some days they send a message and they told I should pay 6700 otherwise they will take a legal actions. and again after some days they send me a email and said it is legal notice soft copy, from advocate Minhaz
and they threatening me through messages to pay the money.
Now I came to know that they are fraudsters. Due to pandemic everyone is suffering and searching for income to survive. please help me.

Igor a msg in whtsaap about data enrty work by tops technology. I completed the work on4 day i rechecked it 2 times an send it to there gmail. They sai i didn't achieve my work completely soi have to pay 6500 to achieve my work 90% i paid it afterwards they start making excuse about to pay more 7900 i didn't pay it they call me and send me a notice about not paying that amount and threating me to pay 6700+3500. Hi, they first sended the sample and asked will you work and fill the forms 1200 and they said to send the aadhar copy in whatsapp and then asked to verify the account and told you should complete the work in 8 days and you will get 30000 of which 6000 is the registration fees and atlast you will get 24000 and later on when i asked them about there company details they started fumbling and didn't said anything about their company and then i somehow agreed to do the work but afterwards i got to know that it's a fake company and its a fraud and i didn't do the work. After around 15 days they sended email from advocate associates and asked to give the maintenance money of 6700 and then they called and sended emails and normal messages that you have to pay the money, otherwise they will file a case against me and i was again scared and then i searched about these things and then i got to know that it's a fake and they even sended a soft copy of the case from minhaz advocate and then there was no number or anything about the advocate it was just her name and accordingly it should provide the i'd and contact of the advocate. So guys if you are coming across these things then be safe guys and don't do the payment.

This company gives me a work and which was not completed because of Bad services.So I was waiting for good service but it's not held. So I was waiting for Companys Call for that Why I was not working. So after 7 to 8 days from That Company I got mail and text massage that you have to pay 6700 rs and within 2 days I get massage that you have to pay 12000 rs
And they are Blackmailing that you have case under section 73&74.
This is not fair with any employee.

They have to gave us 2nd Chance to complete work .and also have good communication with an employee in between 2 to 3 day that how is your work, and so on but
They can't treat like that They are making fraud and Blackmailing to me.

I am Rani Sasikumar from Cochin, Kerala. I register on an online site for jobs.One day ( 20/06/2020 ) I received a call by Tops Technology, they told me that we will provide you job of form filling without any registration charge and we will give you Rs. 25 for each page. I agreed that then they told me to send my id proof and I send it to them.They provide me user name and password for form filling on websire www.workfromhome.com . I complete that work in 8 days ( 30/06/2020) and I submitted . Then they mail me that your QC is failed and then after that they called me to pay penalty and they threatining me to destroy my carreer and they told me that I will see you in the court. I am very afraid and i pay Rs.7700 ( 01/07/2020 ) to them. After that they send a declaration format, I have no objection against the company.The very next day they again call me and said must pay Rs.18800 for security deposit.I told them i cancel the agreement.They told i[censored] cancel the agreement must pay 38900 rupees.I am totally upset and afraid so I pay the security amount Rs.18800 for continuing the agreement. They told me this amount is return back in my next salary. Again they send a declaration format.After completing this the again call and say must pay close the legal formalities against me. This amount is for digital signature. if i didn't pay u must come in Gujarat court and put the signature and close the case. They are always threatening me and put me in mental strain. So that i give Rs.15000 also. These amounts are given me in scanning the QR code of their named Legal Services.they send me two NOC for me 1st is Rs.26500 and second is Rs. 15000.After one day they again mail me you are in red mark you will not apply any govt.jobs and cannot take any loans.So must pay Rs.28900 again.But i didn't pay the amount this time. then they are calling me continuing but didn't take the phone. At last they send a SMS to me, the last intimation to your outstanding dues towards Tops Technology of Rs.28900, If you fail to clear your dues before 06/07/2020 we will report to CIBIL, which will affect your credit score.Totally 41500 rupees pay to this company.

I decided to earn while sitting at home. I started searching for jobs. There I found a tops technology data entry job . But description was not showing until I will fill the form. The form contains my basic details name, age, qualification. Then I saw and it seems easy so I applied. After some days I got a text from the company. That I'm selected and then they showed me the legal document just to gain my trust. But I had a doubt that this company is fraud so I searched in YouTube and there I saw a video where the other fraud companies are doing i too. Giving students easy jobs and if the student completes the work then they only find out mistakes and ask for refund ( very big amount of money). After seeing this I told them I'm not interested. They got angry and said why u are disagreeing now our advocate will call you. After 2 weeks I got a call from spammed number and email saying I'm advocate you have to pay money to stop the legal action . The advocate name is minhaz she sent me a text that legal actions has taken against you. Otherwise we will take legal actions against you. Please take some measures ahainst this kind of fraud companies.

Hello, I want to complain against Top's technology company. They provide some work and after completing their work they started harrassed people by demanding money from them. They sent some msg, email and some calls where they told us to pay the money or they take an action against us by sending some notice in our mail or SMS. Please take an action against such companies .

A person called me On 23/06/2020.He said I have a job for you.
You have to fill 1200 form in 08 days. And after that you will get 30000 for this work.. And i said ok.
Then asked adhar card..and i gave adhar card and gmail... And after some few minutes they mailing me password and username.
After this.. on 7th day (30/06/20) i done this work...and submitted. After that after few hours .They called me and said that your QC report out..you check now, i checked and i show that my some forms are incorrect..After that they called me and said you didn't reach the accuracy, so you need to pay 6700. After that we transferred 6700 and decided not to continue. But now they are telling, if I want to quit this job, again I need to pay 6700, Otherwise we will file the case against you and if you are not paying 6700, in future you have to pay Rs. 170000/-.

Below message received from them.

As per our conversation I was given a chance for settlement but you can't pay. So according to your agreement you must present in the vapi session court and pay total financial loss of the company. Payment is not done so your case transferred for further proceeding at an Arbitrary court.An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 imposed on you and you need to pay Rs. 170000/- for total loss to our client.

Lega Notice: it is like a final warning to the receiver that the sender is all prepared to initiate a legal action and it is the final opportunity for the receiver.

Under sections 420 of the Indian penal code you need to clear the dues of the company and settle your dues, otherwise court behold the right to take strict action against you. Call on [protected] for further assistance.

Firstly, a man calls a simple and innocent man and targets his feelings and want to get his id proof details. Then, they gave their fake company name like Tops Technology etc. etc. Then they gave a fraud work and mail us a fake agreement about the terms and conditions of the fake company. And if a man knows that the company is fake or its only a scam then if he want to quit the job he can't because of such fake and tatti company's terms. Then they mail him that send them their convenience fee of greater than Rs. 6, 000 and give a fake legal court advocate and company mail which results the man feels so fear 😔 and also results suicide because of his poor condition.
So, i request you sir please ban this website and arrest the tatti and randi people behind such fake rediculus company.

I have appiied job on quicker they call me and said that you r selected for form filling job they said company give you 1200 form and your have to do the work in 8 days and company give your 30000rs if you give 90% correct but when i do the worry and completed it and send the pdf to the company given site and after 1days they call me and said your qc is failed and you have the pay the amount 6900. First they called and said form filling job . Then they said fill form without error 1200 form and asked me to send adhar card . Without giving much information about themselves and company they send an agreement . I got a whatsapp message from an executive offering form filing job online, and then informing me that i will get a call and to agree with whatever they say and after that they sent an agreement email after that no contact nothing, now, since last few days i am getting a call from some advocate manoj, aurangabad, maharashtra asking for 6, 700 +3, 500 in their google pay account. I was searching for part time job. Then one day I got a message from Aahan khan offering me a data entry job. 1200 forms to be filled in 8days and I'll get 25/- per form I;e 30000/- in total. I have to meet 90% accuracy or else I have to pay 6700/- . I started working and finished my work within 6days and rechecked my foms and summitted it on 8th day. I am dam sure more than 95% of my work is correct. Still the QC report came as failed. When I compared I was completely shocked as 95% of the rejected forms are correct. When I am asking these things to Aahan khan he is not replying anything. Now I got a legal notice from their lawer Abhishek Gupta to pay the amount ASAP. I am not sure is he a real lawer. What if I pay and still don't get the NOC.

Please help me what to do.

Here is story, i got a call from a number mentioned above asking me to complete 1200 page out of which 1080 should be correct. As they said our fee is rs.6700 which can paid after completion of work and money will deducted from salary that is rs.30000 as rs. 25 for per page.

I have completed all pages without any mistake and when i submitted my report so qc report result shows you are fail. They showed error pages to me but when i cross checked work was completely fine. As they start making excuses unnecessary.

Please look into this matter as soon as possible as the needy are being targeted.

They are harassing many people from many years and have changed the name of the company many times and people are suffering. Gujarat government and mr modi request you to look into it arrest all the fake people and pay for all those whom this company has looted money from.

I am archana and received a call from the number [protected] for data entry job. The caller name was aahan khan ([protected]@gmail.com) who is an executive but true caller name says something else. He said i have to do basic form filling without any registration. 1200 forms to be completed in 8 days and per correct form you will get 25rs so earning can be 30000 will be paid. No registration fees, fees will be deducted from your final salary. Must have to achieve 90% (1080 forms) must be correct. I[censored]nable to achieve then company will not pay any amount. He asked for aadhar card as address proof, and said you will verification call just say yes for everything. After call if you have any doubts you can ask only me, repeatedly i said that i will not be paying any money as a part of registration and he said not required to pay. Then he said ans agreement will sent sign and send. Received two agreements and was startled to see which said if you do not do your work then you will have to pay rs 6700 against utility and maintenance charges and if denied legally notice will sent. I shared the same to ahan khan and said which is harassing and threatening. He said contact help line. I have not signed the agreement. I contacted the helpline number [protected] / [protected] / [protected] and they said to send mail helpline email id - [protected]@gmail.com. I sent mail to aahan marking helpline email stating that i will not sign the agreement as its threatening and harassing and i had communicated clearly to aahan that i will not pay any amount if i finish or do not finish the task which was agreed. Someone from the team replied stating i will get a call from concerned department. I have not singed any agreement with them and without sign no agreement is valid.

Yesterday some lady by name shikha who said is a lawyer messaged me on watsapp ([protected]) what was the reason for cancellation i told her what happened. But she blackmailed me stating if i do not pay rs 6700 she will start legal proceedings. I asked he for company pan no, tan no, cin no and orginal court letter for which she stated that this is sole proprietor company. Later she sent a message to copy paste and send the same which i did which were as follows - dear concern - i archana karantha k r declared that i have cleared the utility & maintenance charges/legal charges to the tops technology compnay rs 6700 on 22/6/2020 for my mistakes and also i agreed that i have no objection in future towards the company". She said once shared this noc will be shared. But i did not receive any noc. This morning dated 23/6/2020 i got a call from [protected] said he is from legal department/noc department and i need to pay rs 6700. I blasted and said will not pay and disconnected the call also warned them not to call or send any mails related to the same.

I had not idea of the company so when i checked in google with all the numbers i was shocked to see people from 3-4 years have lodged a complaint as fake and they are harassing people by looting money. This gave me confidence and decided not pay anything and blast them if they call me. All the numbers are fraud and even the company name does not exist. It was earlier rey technologies, vr, dfx enterprise and so on. Most of them did not get money back. Why the government of gujarat and mr. Modi not taking action on these people and company. The agreement shared to me is illegal and they have a whole team of fake lawyers, police, executive harassing people. Lots of videos are posted on the same in youtube. I don't know if anybody has come across this kind of fraud nonetheless, i would like to share it with you all.
There is a company name tops technology from gujrat. It was a form-filling work. I had to fill 1200 forms within 8 days out of which 1090 forms have to be correct. No registration fee, in the beginning, salary is 30000/-. However, 6300rs will be deducted from your first salary if you achieve 90% accuracy.in case you don't achieve the accuracy, you should pay the company the same 6300rs as a penalty. Once you agree to this work, they will ask your details like aadhar card copy and they will make an agreement on a stamp paper and send it to you.

First is starting the work: i agreed to their terms and conditions, thought this would be a good time to work from home, save some money for my family as my condition is not so good due to the lockdown. I completed all the forms within 6 days and the next 2 days, i verified them and corrected the mistakes. I submitted those forms on the 8th day. When you submit the forms, a pdf file gets downloaded and all the data gets saved in the form of a pdf file. The forms will then be verified by the qc dept and get back to me with a report within 72 hours.

But in my case, i got the report within 10hours and it shows as qc report fail. I was shocked and went to check the mistakes. To my surprise, 95% of the forms which were stated as wrong are correct. I cross-verified those forms with the help of the pdf file i downloaded at the time of submission.
I contacted the person-in-charge and she didn't pick the calls. Then i emailed and called the helpline desk, they replied to me and asked me to send the screenshots of the forms which are right but deemed wrong by the qc dept. I sent them a few of the forms and they started to make ridiculous reasoning and they said it is my mistake and my report is fail. I sent them a few more screenshots and gave them all the proof which i had to prove that almost all of my work is correct. They stopped replying to me after a while.

Next day in the morning, i got a call from a lawyer or a legal department and he said that my qc is failed and if i don't pay the penalties to the company, he will send me a legal notice and lodge an fir and said so many sections just to scare the [censored] out of me and asked me to reply within 20 minutes. I was clueless and helpless. Didn't know what to do. Nowhere did i discuss the penalty or the payment with the company and from nowhere a guy calls me who says that he is the company's lawyer and i have to make the payment.

Here it gets obvious that this company is fake and everything is a scam and a new way of scam where the registration fee is taken after the work. Your work will not be considered no matter what your accuracy level is. My work's accuracy level is more than 90% and i have the proof but nobody is ready to listen to me. All they are saying is the qc dept is right and my work is fail.

The penalty or the payment is to be discussed by the company with me and if i fail to comply, then they can forward it to the legal dept. Instead, in this case, the company says your qc report is wrong and the next day, you get a call from their lawyer who threatens us to reply and make the payment and they keep on calling you and sending you emails to make you bow to their demands. I don't know what to do. I have decided to pay for them. I know it is not the right decision, but the harassment is so much that they make you think of yourself as a criminal whereas the truth is they are the criminals. Please someone out there if you are reading this, if you have a solution, reply to this within a day because tomorrow is the last day for me to make the payment.

Poor people are starving and few of them like me are trying to get an opportunity so that they can earn some money just to help my family and my kids, mother, father. People like to take advantage o[censored]s. Why?? Just for the sake of money. Money is like the dust on the hand. It washes away. Try to be a human first. Help the people around you. Show the others, there is still good in this world, do good deeds.

Where will i go now? Who will help me? How will i get paid for the work i did all day and night. Is there someone here who can come forward and help me out of this.

And till now they are threating me by calls and mail.. But till now i didn't give his any reply and didn't receive their call...please help me sir

I am prabhat ranjan from bihar. I wanted to do online part time job. I register on an website for job search. One day i recived a call by tops technology, they told me that "we will provide you job of form filling without any registration charge, and we will give you 25inr for each page." i agreed then they told me to send my id proof and i send it to them.
They provide me one username and pasword for form filling on webite www.workfromhome.com.
I complete that work in 8 day and i submited.
Then they message me that your qc is cancelled.
And then after that they called me to pay penality and they threatining me to destroy my career and tthey told me that"i will see you in court."
So plaeseee help me what i do.

Myself Rashmi chauhan one of sufferer of this cheating.In TOPs Technology Baroda ,when student go for admission they show three category for any course 1 is simple they take 13000,2nd category is 26000 they give 3 interview call ,and the last category is Job Guarantee program they charge about 36000 in this they give guarantee of pre-placement and placement after completion of course. But they are cheating student,not only me there all job guarantee student are facing this problem .I had taken admission in job guarantee i got A+ result but when i ask for placement they told sorry we don't have any vacancy and do what you can do.PLEASE DON'T TAKE ADMISSION IN JOB GUARANTEE PROGRAM
