We have rendered vehicles to Tops security in chennai also head quarters mumbai.Our contract period was june2009 to june 2010 totally we had raised thirteen invoices now we only have got ten invoice's still did not get balance payment 10 Lakhs apprx.Frequently we asking payments them but they did not give any proper reply from tops security limited.in this case what should i do aganist tops? Kindly anyone help to get balance?

I went many times tops office chenni branch but they told that your id number pf number not there but before that number other details was their please help me to recive my pf amount. Also i keep followup with topsgrup but i didn't get any feedback from management & company. So there is global request please help me out in receiving my pf amount.

I am vasudevan (10936) and sai krishna (11580) both are working in tops security as as a security in gp strategies, chennai unit for the last 4 years. They are paying delay salary every month. Why they are bn paying delay salary? Every month we are asking salary after they will decision and they will pay salary after 25th. This is salary date. You pay delay salary how run the family.

As i request you please take necessary action immediately.

I have been worked as SECURITY GUARD from January 2017 to March 2018. In which from January 2017 to May 2017 in TOPS SECURITIES PRIVATE LIMITED & after that June 2017 to March 2018 working in GROUPL SECURITIES PRIVATE LIMITED.
While working with Tops Securities Private Limited my three months Salary which is March 2017, April 2017 and May 2017 is not paid & suddenly company stop working at Kolhapur.
In this instance I have not received Salary for three months.
Request you to help me for payment of 3 months Salary as it is very important to fulfill my family needs.

Am srinivas from karimnagar. January and february salary is in pending. Karimnagar branch is closed. Why salaries pending. Please send salarys. My tl sridhar gandu is no response. He is delay. We can complaint in labour court on company. What we can do. We are relised salarys? They are not giving salarys. Please help me sir. All bikers salary pending. Karimnagar nizamabad branch also. I cannot understand why they are payingn the salary after 27th in every month. I sent somany emails to you, but you dimonth. Reply sofar. Pls note february salary we have received in march 31st. This is salary date. So i request you pls give a salary before 10th of every month.

I am Ashutosh Das. ex-employee of Tops Security Ltd. my emp id-6748. worked this company from 3rd September 2009 to 30th November 2014 after that i submit my resignation and complete all the process to withdrawn P.F in February 2015 my P.F NO-WB/CAL/0034480/000/0011003 But till now i am not getting to able my P.F clearance. So many time i requist to my employer.
but they are told me wait.

I'm going nagpur bm office, i'm windrowing my pf, but 1 man, bahiram asking me, give me a 1500 rs. And i'm fill up your pf form, but i'm not agree, i can't support a corruption's,
Nagpur bm office employees is really big corrupted, 1 employee nema is bahiram, bahiram west my 4 hrs, only time pass, lining songs, us a mobile phones, it's really really bad.. So i'm contacting a mumbai hed office, but not replying, but why, i think mumbai hed office supported a corruption's,

I Am Rahul Roy form Kolkata, My joining Date at tops group is 13.12.2013 and resigned date is 24.12.2014. After that at 12.12.2015 i go to the Tops office at Kolkata and fill-up all pf from and submit it. till today as on 17.02.2016 they did not give any feed back about this. i called 5 times to them ..Every time they told me its take more time around 6 month..Please look into the matter

Dear Team, I am jatinder Pal Singh, I was Working From TOPS GRUP SECURITY period from 06/01/2009 to 21/01/2010.But i have not received the PF, but when i was went to EPF Ludhiana, the he says your PF Withdrawn Other Jatinder Pal Singh, MY PF No 0031661/00/000586 please solved this matter.EPF Employee Says to me Your Withdrawn chq no is 618854/684628 chq amount is 2678/3812 chq date is 26/02/2010

I am thoroughly disappointed with the way I was treated by your organisation. There was an advertisement published for the opening for Team leaders on the Naukri portal. I applied for the same and received an email by your employee Ms Anuya Sawant. She asked me to come down for the interview with my CV. and 3 months salary slip. I attended the interview. Immediately she asked me to give me the appointment letters and references for my previous companies. I found it strange as Anuya was not telling me anything about the role but was only asking for all possible information from me as if I was some sort of criminal. Normally all these documents are submitted after the final round of interview is over. However i emailed her all the requirements except for my appointment letters. She said she would call me for the next round of interview by the following week. 07 days passed but there was no call made from Topsgrup. I called her and she said i will surely call you next week. Again for a week there was no call. Today when I called her she said that this position has been put on hold for some reasons and I should move on. I was shocked to hear this. Does your company have some value for people's time and efforts or no? Atleast she should have had the decency to call me and inform me that the position has been put on hold for some reason. I am not someone sitting at your door begging for a job but I am sorry your firm employee has behaved very unprofessionally. You have no right to do all the verification checks & then tell someone that the position does not last anymore. Thoroughly disappointed with this behavior..I urge you not to treat people in this manner as we come with vast experience and don't deserve this kind of treatment. Please train your employees, they need to know how to be clear in their dealings...
