Topsnova , Waldorf Doll — Produce is unacceptable, inferior quality and falsifies product image | |||
I ordered a Waldorf doll for my granddaughter fro Topsnova ( advertised on Pinterest). It arrived over three weeks late. When it finally arrived, it looked nothing like the doll in the advertisement. The hair color was red ( instead of blonde), the face color was different and shape of face as well. Doll was suppose to come with a doll purse and little doll’s animal; neither of which was with the order. The quality of this item was extremely poor and did not look like the picture advertised. I just received my ugly doll last week. I ordered an African American doll and received an almost identical to the one posted above. It is not even the right color. Its very cheap and looks nothing at all like the doll I ordered. My doll was suppose to also have an additional set of clothing. It had on one ugly outfit. I paid 68.00 for this .

BEWARE OF THIS SITE. What a scam, I ordered what I thought was a beautiful doll for my granddaughter for her first birthday. What I got was nothing like the website advertised and would probably give any little girl nightmares. When I tried to contact them to address my issue I got no response whatsoever.

Das selbe, die Kritik der Vorgängerinnen, kann ich auch bestätigen und warne jeden weiteren Besteller dieser "Waldorf-Fake-Puppen" !! Eine völlig unakzeptables Imitat mit absoluter Bild-Täuschung! Finger weg von dieser Firma und ihrer Rücksendungs-Bedingungen mit Zoll- und Sendungsgebühren !!
Nie wieder eine Bestellung direkt über China, das mir (naiverweise) aber zuvor nicht ersichtlich war.
Bin gespannt wie die Geschichte noch ausgeht, nachdem ich mich mit der Rabattierung von 30% einverstanden zeigte, da mir die Rücksendung mit all den Unannehmlichkeiten zuviel war.
Ich bin um eine Erfahrung reicher!

Return is NOT FREE, even though it is stated in the webshop. When I complained about the lack of accessories and the gift box, they didn't offer to send these. They were not even sorry.
