Toreto Retail — usb type c cable issue

I have purchased a usb type c cable for my father's phone and it was not working properly. It shows fast charging after multiple tries on his galaxy s8+. I went to the nsp delhi service center and told one person about the issue and he told to submit the cable with bill and that he will send the new one to my address. It has been a month and i am still waiting to get any updates or whatsoever.

I have purchased a lot of toreto products, but faced this problem for the first time. It is not a good practice to make the long associated customer with company angry and customer representatives should be chosen to help the customers, not to make them angry!!!
