This is Abhishek Suri S/o Lt. Mr. Vinay Kumar Suri B 43 New Agra, Behind Chungi School. CONNECTION NO.[protected]
This is application is herewith to rectify my billings since Jan 2019 till Date. I visited the customer service desk as on Saturday 3rd September 2022 with token no. AC0056 to the representative girl sitting there stating after seeing my bill that the load allighned is 4.4 KW in the metered connection and has been automatically increased to somewhere 5.5 KW APPROX as per the requirement since 2019 and not decreased since then wherein the consumption is less than a limits of 2 KW. I asked if the load increased automatically without informing the customer then I paid the penalty charges but it should also be reduced automatically if not in consumption, she refused and said that is is system generated and untill unless we ask to do that they will not reduce to its original 4.4 KW.
Finally we ended up at nothing and there is no one to listen thereof and I am bounded to right this email to kindly AUDIT MY BILLS since Jan 2019 till Date and specially from JAN 2022 TILL DATE AS the bills are normally going high insurers every season without my garages increases in house as they are reducing day by day for eg. I was using 2 AC before and now I am using only 1 AC and that to rare often in summers.
Requisite to kindly adjust the billing amounts and credit the rest into my account.
