I live in a 2 bhk flat in near mankoli and my electricity bills is very high which is more than 17000 for the month of april was somewhere arounf 11000 last month, when I called customer care I got to know the meter had a reading of 1200 units this month
can someone please get this checked and fix it.

Its a lot for a middle class person to pay.

Light has been fluating for last two days

My consumer no[protected], Meter no : 65-C0035751, T no.[protected], BP no. [protected]. I have received two bills after installation of new torrent meter Rs.[protected] unit for Oct 23) and Rs.15015.22 (1036 unit) Nov 23). Which is very high. I am attaching consumption information in the bill dt Nov 2023.

Kindly look into the matter as the unit has jumped 10 times then previous history. There may a faulty meter or someone has taken the connection through my meter or wrong connection. Your action in this matter for checking the connection or change the faulty meter immediately and send to lab for lab testing by replacing with new.

This is the feedback for TORRENT Power AGRA. There is no electricity from 9 PM everyday.Whenever we call to costumer care, they dont provide any proper justification .WORST SERVICE WE ARE GEETING IN AGRA THESE DAYS.

EVERYDAY THERE IS A POWER CUT FOR 5 TO 6 HOURS DURING NIGHT.

Daily power outage in afternoon and night midnight for 4 5 hrs. Whenever we complain they talk very rudely without understanding the frustration of caller due to daily power outage. After complaining they visit post 2 3hrs only. They do temporary fix and again every night power is gone for 4 5 hrs.. kids literally cry due to no power which is not at all good for families. Even after paying bills on time tax on time we are facing worst cheap service from torrent power and no number of head office to complain ahead. Office at bhiwandi area is filled with stupid unprofessional employees who don't have sense to feel pain of customers.worst service every . Contract should be torn n thrown on face of torrent power owners who give such pathetic service

Since 10:20 PM of connection no.[protected] electricity has been off infact in my society only my electricity has been off. So, l'm requesting you to please fix it as soon as possible.

I reside at diva east .consumer number[protected].many complaint have been put at the door step of torrent office at diva but hardly any solution I got .I register an complaint on 26/4/23 complaint number [protected] regarding damage of my cabin box but hardly any solution I got .plus there r 40 rooms in this building n all r with light but meters r 26 showing same reading .there r no follow up nor checking by any o[censored]r staff members .continuous fluctuations of wires from the meter box r taking place but no action has been taken fir has been put 022 is the register number .please come n have a look the harassment .

I have been mailing torrent power since a month, no buddy answer my query property. I want to change my billing cycle to monthly. They have reply me once about their charges. But not answer my question. If I can change my billing cycle to monthly.
If billing cycle is 2 month I have to pay more per unit, so I want to change my billing cycle to monthly. But no buddy response me on mails.

What is the problem of this company, since it has come, people have been harassed, last time our bill was 1300, now direct 4500 has come, without doing much using it is the limit, why is the complaint of the people not solved?

From the November to March season is of winter and i was using 1 Fan, 1 LED Tubelight, 1 TV and 1 Fridge and everytime bill was coming Rs. 300 to 500 but this time for the November to December 2 month bill is comes Rs. 1300 and January and February 2 month bill is Rs. 1100.
