The customer service persons rude behaviour and delay in reconnection

This is a complaint about the rude and impatient behaviour of the customer service person. Completely opposite of the role. Also, even after sharing the exact situation they did not help at all rather kept us waiting for 4-5 hours that too in the heat of Ahmedabad. Someone returning from long travel after 10-15 days and facing this is terrible....

Bill is too high as per consumption

From the November to March season is of winter and i was using 1 Fan, 1 LED Tubelight, 1 TV and 1 Fridge and everytime bill was coming Rs. 300 to 500 but this time for the November to December 2 month bill is comes Rs. 1300 and January and February 2 month bill is Rs. 1100.

Temporary Disconnection

My connection on the name of Beena Dixit with service number[protected] has been disconnected on[protected].
When i contact torrent power in this context, they told me that it is disconnected on the request of DVVNL as there are pending dues on the property with some names that does not even exist and requested me to visit DVVNL regarding it.
When i visited DVVNL they told us that we need pay the dues regardless...

Rs 4500 Security Deposit Demand from Torrent

My usage amount is Rs 3000 and I've been asked Rs 4500 as a security deposit again while my account already has Rs 1200 as a security deposit. So the total bill amount is Rs 7500 now.
Why do I have to pay the security deposit again and again. What is the use of it. I'd rather keep my money secured in my savings account than keeping it with torrent.

Disconnection notice on whatsapp

"Dear Customer Your Electricity power will be disconnected. Tonight at 9.30 pm from electricity office. because your previous month bill was not update. Please immediately contact with our electricity officer [protected] Thank you."

Power supply shut down

From yesterday 11am our power supply is shut down and have raised complaint on 9pm but still no one came for resolving.

We are spending bill on monthly basis then why so much delay for resolving, we are experiencing bad experience with torrent power....

Security deposit demanded from tenant

Negligence towards work
