I’m writing to make a complaint about extra charges on Service no. 580632 in the billing month of February 2021. I have paid the last bill amount on[protected]. We want the bifurcation of extra amount Rs. 2035 imposed by you. Why am I eligible to pay the amount of Rs. 2035?

Please investigate the matter and find out the error.
