In every one month your company lights are gone for 2 or 4 hours in Ahmedabad Shahalam rasulabad so my request is that please do something regarding this issue because we have children's of age 1 year in our house also in the area also I do accepting your earliest convenience as soon as you can today also lights is gone

This is major problem in Rasulabad, Shah-E-Alam. Its been 21 hours from now, electricity is not there. Tried to talk with Customer care person 3 times, all the time they have given false commitment and still electricity doesn't restored.
