Torrent Power — Frequent power cut off

There is frequent power cutoff in Parsik Nagar (Kalwa) without any notification. Despite of complaining many times, no action has been taken.
The electric pole which is in front of our building always blasts due to minor wind or rains, still no action. They should identify such areas, power supply requirement and act accordingly. Some additional measures to be applied.
