Torrent Power — High bill due to faulty meter | |||
Dear Sir, There was defect in meter and Torrent team replaced meter and charged the bill for Feb2021 with units 6times as compared to previous i.e around 200 unit in feb2020. When we asked questions they said its cumulative assumption of last 3 bills which were high. They said they will check and actual bill will come. But Torrent power cheating the consumer and plundering with name of farud and mal practice of fault meters. And they are unable to retrieve exact unit that might be around 200 unit but they charged us 1200 units which is too high and without any justification. If Torrent team look into last 5yrs data they it's clear about unit consumed. And also post changing meter its give faulty result and units are adding too fast without utilizsting electricity. It's pure case of fraud and cheating and there is no gravince cell in Torrent power. Very strange. Was this information helpful? | |||
