Torrent Power — illegal running heavy cloth stitching machines in residential old building on 1st floor

We are living in a building which is older by 100 years and here running heavy cloth stitching machines illegally by one lady named naina solanki house no. 865/6 from early morning 8:30 to late night 9:30. She is running business of cloth stitching from wholseller. Please take appropriate steps regarding such problem so we can focus on our work and study because it creates loud noise of fast machine.
