Torrent Power — I'm Complaining about the quotation o[censored]ndergrounding HT Line

Actually my plot is in Agra UP from there the Overhead HT Line is going through my boundary from which the construction is not to be held so i have register the complaint in torrent power ltd. for shifting that line. But the estimate that was made by the company is very high or not upto the UPERC cost data book afterwards i have also communicate this with company's concerned department but they just ignoring me or not resolve my issue. Kindly if possible can you please sort out from this problem. I am attaching my quotation with this complaint. Kindly find it
