This is with reference to inaccurate consumption units-2082 and high bill charges-rs 11, 520 that have been sent to me for september 2020 month.
I dropped a first mail complaint on september 5 to your customer support team of kalwa-mumbra division stating about looking into the high bill issue sent to me between march to august month.
You reading collection team has not visited my residential premises to collect the reading and as a result you had sent high bill.
Accordingly, i shared the required details for you to look into the issue.
Then too i didn’t receive a call from customer care executive.
Only one call i had received from customer care whom i had asked to give me a call back later on which didn’t happen. I had sent over four mails to you and my complaint has not been resolved.
To my surprise, your team has sent me high bill for energy which i haven’t consumed for september month.
Kindly look into this issue asap.
