Torrent Power — Meter reading not take on time and when we submit on app it's not working

My billing cycle for taking meter reading is 20th of evey month but this time when person not came for reading I have submit reading on torrent power app and I recvd refernce number also but after this my ready showing different.

When u call to torrent power call center they not taking complain
