मैंने मेरी पत्नी सोनाक्षी कदम के नाम से मकान सं. 2, खसरा सं. 207 से 2011, गायत्री विहार, सिकन्दरा, आगरा, उत्तर प्रदेश के लिए दिनांक 23.03.22 को नये कनैक्शन के लिए आवेदन किया था, जिसका सर्विस नं.[protected] है| तत्पश्चात 30.03.22 को सर्वे होने के बाद टीम द्वारा 1-2 दिन में कोटेशन देने की बात कही गई| लेकिन टीम द्वारा गलत रिपोर्ट देने के कारण कस्टमर केयर द्वारा 01.04.22 को सूचना दी गई कि आपके मकान में मीटर लगा हुआ है| जिसके संदर्भ में 11.04.22 को साईट का विडियो और नक्शा टोरंट कार्यालय में आवश्यक कार्यवाही हेतु दिया गया| लेकिन अभी तक नया कनैक्शन नहीं दिया गया है और न ही दुबारा सर्वे कराया गया है| कृपया मामले को सज्ञान में ले और उचित कार्यवाही करें|
