Dear sir/ madam,

As we all know very hot summer season is going on & in this hot season we are facing power cut from torrent power once a week and that too for 4-5 hours in noon how can small children or elder people can survive at home? After charging huge amount per unit why this thing happen frequently why it is not maintained in winter or on regular basis so that this problem cannot happen, pl look at it & solve this problem asap.
