Torrent Power — Request to help - Wrong present reading unit captured in an E Bill of March 2021

Dear Team,

This mail is in regard to a complaint against capturing wrong reading unit in an E bill of March 2021. Complaint number is [protected].

Consumer number[protected].

I track my daily consumption of electricity. According to my records, on 15th march present reading was 21838 but we received bill with present reading mentioned as 21938.

It seems it is typo error, present reading on 4th April 2021 at 2.30 PM is 21892. Please find attached photos of present reading and E bill of march month.
