Toshiba India — About replacement of my led

I am really pissed of by this so called famous company and that is why I want to raise a complain for the replacement.

I purchased a LED TV from Prakash trading company Roshanara, New Delhi, Delhi 110007

We complaint about the disfunction of the LED so an executive came and changed the motherboard but after a few days we faced the same problem and the motherboard was again replaced.
Surprisingly the very next day the screen went blank and the executive then took some parts of the tv set for repair but could not succeed so he took away the whole LED TV set and is now not responding to our calls and I have neither received any update nor my TV has been returned back to me from 20 days.
