Toshiba India — Delay in Refunding my TV amount | |||||
I took Toshiba 29 inch TV in January 2014 with 3 years warranty. I have raised complaint about blue screen on 18/10/2016 with SR # TIPLSRXH0027993. The engineer Akhilesh Kumar ([protected]) visited and found out that the TV is not repairable. He therefore told me that people from Toshiba will come and take the unit and refund the amount through cheque. I have been chasing them since then but they are saying that the company has still not processed the cheque and they are unaware on the status of the same. It has been a long time now and their landline number is also not answering. Please help me get the refund for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
