Toshiba India — Docking station adapters

I am very much shocked the way the complaints are being taken up and no contact with the customers. Our two docking station adapters are not working and i already raised complaint to the company its been 5 days no body has contacted i have to contact every time to the company and our work is suffering very poor service of Toshiba. I haven't expected this from Toshiba

I have request from you please dont but Toshiba Product because after registering complain with them, they never contact customer care nor they reply the emails. Hopeless service of Toshiba.
