[Resolved] Toshiba India — Malfunction of LED 40PS200ZE | |||
I have purchased a 40", Toshiba LED (40PS200ZE) in August 2013 from Navrang Electronics, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. I start getting the picture issue in the same month & informed customer care also for the same. That time when the engineer visited our home, the issue didn't came in front of him, but now the screen has developed black spots through out & we registered a complaint on 15th December 2013 (complaint number ZD0032508). The engineer visited our place on 17th December & after checking the TV thouroughly, he informed us that TV need to be replaced. He also told us that he need some pictures of the TV to be sent to HO. After regular followup, he again turned up for pictures on 26th December and told us that it will take at-least 10 days more to replace the TV set. If this is the service quality Toshiba provides, which is known for their quality products, then it is a shame for them. They are regularly loosing the customer loyalty from their products. Request you to please escalate the matter with them and help me in getting the TV replacement ASAP. Regards, Was this information helpful? | |||
