Toshiba India — Most un cooperative services on LED TV | |||||
Dear Sir/madam, i had purchased a Toshiba LCD TV set in july 2014, model no being 39L3300ZE. Since june 2016.We started noticing some display problem in the LCD panel.Hence I made a service request.In response to that your company's technical/service representative came to inspect the problem and suggested that the LCD panel should be changed.For this I raised request vaid SR NO: SR6H0038518 Dated 30.06.2016.But the issue has not been resolved yet.I even called up customer care and contacted one of your RM Ms Sushmita ([protected]) and Mr Debasish (ph [protected]) many times.but no one cooperate towards my request. Spatially Ms Sushimita had a very un cooperative regarding my request and mis behave also. Although my LCD is still in warranty period, I don't understand why I am not getting the request service of panel change. Kindly resolve the issue on a priority basis.
