Toshiba India — No response from toshiba tv engineer | |||
My TOSHIBA LED TV is in 3 year guarantee. Its purchasing date is 31/August/2014. Serial No. E21X13H00574C1. On 6th July 2016, When I switched on the LED TV, it was not working. It was dead, as their was not any response of green or red light in the TV. I made a complaint on the Toshiba Customer Care on the same date i.e. 6th July 2016. The complaint no. as Service Request No.TIPLSR7H0005552. They told me that they will come within 24 to 48 hours working day. But on the 8th July 2016 first they told me that he will come by evening. On my second call, the person told he will come on next day, on my 3rd call, he again answer me that he will come on tuesday because his company is shifting to subhash nagar. On 9th date again he is saying he will come after next tuesday i.e after 12th July 2016. On 9th July 2016 i again registered a complaint with complaint no. as Service Request No. TIPLSRH0012413 and the person said that he will come after tuesday. They are not giving any proper assistance. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
