Toshiba India — not providing the service of led tv | |||
I purchased toshiba cricket series led. Now this tv is not working and it's under waranty, i lodged the complain on 15th november 2017 on toshiba customer care, engineer visited at my home on 17 nov 2017. He told me that we have to change the parts, and till date i have to wait for change the parts. I discussed many times on customer care, each time they said that you have to wait few days. Then i got a mobile number from toshiba customer care regional manager mr. Pramod - [protected]. I also discussed my problem with him many times at the end he told me that our company not running fine so we didn't have a parts, and you should wait. But he din't give me any exact timing when he repaired or change the parts of my tv. My complain reference number of toshiba sr15yh00784. Kindly do the needful. So i got the solution for my problems.
