Toshiba India — Refrigerator service excess charging by service agent.

Dear sir,

I had made a service complaint for my fridge at your service call Center, the service agent came and said the sensor is not working so he took the motherboard for sensor replacement, but the service agent charged us RS. 9000/ when the sensor replacement cost is only Rs. 3500/ claiming Rs. 5500 is for motherboard repair when there was no repairs on the motherboard. We would like the company to redress our complaint and the excess amount charged be refunded. The agent who serviced us was S.S. Services, Thane.
