Toshiba India — television audio problem

I purchased thosiba led tv, model no:32pu200ze (C3999a1jo3398u1) and it was functioning nicely for last 3 years.. Now it seems some problem in audio effect... Can you please send a service engineer for the repair of the television by today if possible.

It is kindly intimated that a ceiling fan was purchased on 5 April 2019 but at present it produces a sound while working.so it is request to depute your engineer to rectify the fault as the fan is under warranty period
