Toshiba India — toshiba led tv under warranty - unethical behaviour | |||||
Last year, i have registered a service complaint for led tv serial no. E40x20h00188k1 on 29th december' 2016. After 6 months of complaint was registered, i received service from toshiba but the product worked only for next 2 days. After all i shared my issue with concern person mr. Shyam contact no. [protected] and he suggested me to exchange my product with a used available tv in warehouse and gave me the reason that company's manufacturing is terminated. I tried several times to contact him but was unable to reach him again. Again i have registered the complaint in june'2017 for the same but yet not get any solution. I am anticipating quick response from toshiba and provide me service as my product is still under warranty period till february 2018. As i always received the same email from [protected]@toshiba-india.com [protected]@toshiba-india.com "please accept our apologies for inconvenience caused." Here i am not waiting for accepting any apologies for inconvenience. I am anticipating service Please let me know if anyone can help me regarding this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
