Toshiba India — TV Installation Delay | |||
I am Anirban Sen from Kolkata, West Bengal, India. My friend Ms. Sharmistha Bulger has purchased one Toshiba 24" LED TV, Model No : FHD108024 " on 08.11.2020 from Capital Electronics, VIP Road showroom, Kolkata - 700054, Contact : [protected]. It was promised from Capital Electronics that the TV would be installed on 09.11.2020, but I had a pathetic experience about the TV installation. Every time time it was told that the assigned person would go & fix your TV. Ultimately, the assigned person called on 11.11.2020 from the mobile number : [protected] & told that he was unable to come on 11.11.2020as he was busy in some other works. He called me on 12.11.2020 at 9.00 a.m. & promised to come at 12.30 p.m., then he again confirmed that he would come at 2.30 p.m. He also confirmed that my address is off the route, generally nobody would come there. I told him that I had to go at work after 2.00 pm. He said he would come within 2pm. I have left the house at 2pm. as I had to go for work. The person actually reached there at 2.45 pm, where I was out of my house. Please, note : I have refused to take service of that person as he was playing with my times. I also confirm that I did not sign any document from your representative. I have below complaints : 1. Toshiba TV aftersales service is very poor 2. How can be an assigned technician said " Your address is off the route, generally nobody goes there " 3. Time Management & Commitment is very poor 4. Customer harassment.
