Toshiba India — worst customer support / services | |||||
The customer support or services against any problem in consumer goods like tv they are not providing support. I am calling again and again but every time customer executives tell me that "be patience". My question is how many days. Is there are any management, who is taking care or customer issue. I think no. There are no system and management in toshiba, for customer. The worst services i have seen. I suggest to not to buy toshiba product if you want services after purchase.
