Sub: Technical Problem in charging
Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
I am a proud owner of Toshiba laptop (Sr. No. YC040748Q). I bought the laptop on August 14, 2014. Then due to technical problem in motherboard I had to make efforts to convince the company representatives to replace the same. The new laptop was delivered to me on October 1, 2013. The laptop is in warranty period.
But for the past few days I have not been experiencing a problem in charging. After the battery gets charged 99 % the yellow indicator starts blinking. The yellow indicator does not change into white colour. I have a reason to worry the laptop has got a serious malfunction.
I have talked to the customer care representatives TWICE (on 23.9.2014 and 20.09.2014) but the problem has not been solved. I followed the instructions given by the representatives on toll free.
I think that the problem needs to be solved through a personal visit the technical representative of the company.
Toshiba has always remained front runner in customer satisfaction. I wish the same in my case.
I request you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
