HI, I bought Toshiba laptop 1 and half year back.I bought at a price of 22k. In the first week it broke down from base.They replaced it but my experience with service center was not good. Absolutely low quality as compare HP and Dell. Now after 1 and half year it battery is almost dead just giving me backup of just 40mins.Now I do not know when it stops working and I have searched for new Toshiba battery prices they are highest priced in market 4k to 5k. Another most important factor their warranty extension is very high 3500 for 1 year almost double than any other top brands. Never ever buy Toshiba Products. When you use them you do not feel good.
